I always had a great interest in natural science class because I liked the content and the teacher I remember that she taught very well when I found  out that it was divided into physics, chemistry and biology and I thought that the subject that I would like the most would be chemistry and effectively.

The name of my chemistry teacher was Maria Eliana and I concider her a very good teacher because she explained very very well and had a lot of passion and I asked her many questions and she always answered them and thanks to that I was able to learn the basics of chemistry.

I enjoy studying  chemistry because it is one of the subjects that I find most interesting and useful to understand all the processes that are needed to obtain all kinds of products and that is why you can study processes of all kinds, whether it is food, health, industry, etc.

 Jules Verne (1828-1905)

I do not have any specific person that I admire for what I will mention my favorite writer since I do not like to read and one of the exceptions are the books of Jules Verne.

Jules Verne was a writer, poet and playwright. He is knownfor his famous adventure novels and for his enormous influence on science  fiction.

Jules Verne was born in Nantes Paris in a burgese family, he studied to be a lawyer but did not advance to dedicate himself to literature and with the help of Pierre-Jules Hetzel they created “extraordinary trips” , a collection of adventure books  that in my opinion are very good.

He is one of the most important French writers and the second most translated author in the world and one of the fathers of science fiction. 

I introduced this author because he is a great author and I like his book a lot even though I am not passionate about reading.

 The importance of food engineering

 

My future profession fulfills a very important role in society because they are involved in the everything process of creating food products until they reach the buyer and they must also ensure that the products comply with sanitary standards so that they do not negatively affect people’s health. In addition, it faces a problem that is the world population grows over time and with it the need for basic food for these people, so we need new technologies that better optimize resources and production.

My dream is to work in a company that is dedicated to promoting the modernization of agriculture but I do not kwon if such a company exists due to manufactoring cost, but I think it is our duty as humans to be on the most sustainable ways to help the planet.

Although the manofacturing cost of the machinery necessary for the creation of these new methods is more expensive,they also significantly increase the production of any food in addition to occupying fewer resources such as wáter,pesticides,Surface among many others.
