I always had a great interest in natural science class because I liked the content and the teacher I remember that she taught very well when I found  out that it was divided into physics, chemistry and biology and I thought that the subject that I would like the most would be chemistry and effectively.

The name of my chemistry teacher was Maria Eliana and I concider her a very good teacher because she explained very very well and had a lot of passion and I asked her many questions and she always answered them and thanks to that I was able to learn the basics of chemistry.

I enjoy studying  chemistry because it is one of the subjects that I find most interesting and useful to understand all the processes that are needed to obtain all kinds of products and that is why you can study processes of all kinds, whether it is food, health, industry, etc.

I am personally studying to understand the chemical processes in the food industry

 Jules Verne (1828-1905)

I do not have any specific person that I admire for what I will mention my favorite writer since I do not like to read and one of the exceptions are the books of Jules Verne.

Jules Verne was a writer, poet and playwright. He is knownfor his famous adventure novels and for his enormous influence on science  fiction.

Jules Verne was born in Nantes Paris in a burgese family, he studied to be a lawyer but did not advance to dedicate himself to literature and with the help of Pierre-Jules Hetzel they created “extraordinary trips” , a collection of adventure books  that in my opinion are very good.

He is one of the most important French writers and the second most translated author in the world and one of the fathers of science fiction. 

I introduced this author because he is a great author and I like his book a lot even though I am not passionate about reading.

 The importance of food engineering

 

My future profession fulfills a very important role in society because they are involved in the everything process of creating food products until they reach the buyer and they must also ensure that the products comply with sanitary standards so that they do not negatively affect people’s health. In addition, it faces a problem that is the world population grows over time and with it the need for basic food for these people, so we need new technologies that better optimize resources and production.

My dream is to work in a company that is dedicated to promoting the modernization of agriculture but I do not kwon if such a company exists due to manufactoring cost, but I think it is our duty as humans to be on the most sustainable ways to help the planet.

Although the manofacturing cost of the machinery necessary for the creation of these new methods is more expensive,they also significantly increase the production of any food in addition to occupying fewer resources such as wáter,pesticides,Surface among many others.

When I look at these potos I remember this incredible trip and all the effort I had to do. About a year ago, I and my family organized a trip to the “Las termas del Flaco”. Since I was Little I always dreamed of participating in a bicycle race “the dinosaur race”, It is a race that begins in a town called San Fernando and ends in the Termas del flaco but I was never able to participate for different reasons.  On this trip I talked to my family and they let me go out earlier by bicycle and they would pick me up when they reached me, howeber they left me because they thought I would not get far because of the cold and my physical condition.

I love riding a bike, I woke up at three o’clock in the morning and I left at four o’clock in the morning, I rode a bicycle for seven hours and of the sixty kilometers, I only had to travel fifteen kilometers when they found me.

I showed my family that I could make that trip and for me it is one of the funniest days I have ever had.

My favorite food

 

My favorite food is fajitas . I further specificaly the fajitas  that we cook at home becuse I know that fajitas can be cooked in many different ways. Some people make them with sauteed vegetables,legumes,chicken and many different sauces and ingredients.

The fajitas are prepared as each person like but they are basically a tortilla filled with the ingredients that one prefers. In my house the fajitas are prepared with guacamole (avocado with tomato),corn, lettuce, ground meat and mushrooms (although I don’t eat mushrooms but my sister and mother do) . Preparing this récipe is very simple, the meat is cooked with salt and onion, the corn is cooked and the tomato is mixed with avocado for the guacamole and finally the tortillas are heated a Little in the pan.

I like tortillas because of the mixture of salty flavors obtained from the meat and the fresh flavor of the lettuce and corn. This récipe is quite healthy but when it is prepared at home I usually eat a lot , which is not very good.

My favorite technology is the notebook gamer because my favorite hobby is playing video games with my friends  and for that you needed very good components or it won´t work but I do not have a computer gamer because they are very expensive and I do not have a money now.

I have a computer lenovo of mid range that I use  for university and gaming. My computer has a lot of  memory which is useful to download all the programs and documents of the university.

In my life before the pandemic I used very Little my notebook. I do not like to use the computer a lot but it makes many tasks such as graphing functions or creating presentations.

I recommend learning at least the basics of all these platforms such as exel ,word etc, and the basic operation of your pc to be able to use it optimally

When I was a child my dream was mine engineering because one day I read an article in the newspaper about the salary  engineers got and I liked that profession because they had a very very Good salary.

I could apply to food engineering and chemistry degree because my PSU score was very low because I did not concentrate well during the test. I applied to food engineering  because I thought it would be more fun and the profession I thought I would have more jobs opportunities.

My experience at the university has been very very bad. I do not like online classes because I don’t understand and they generate a lot of anxiety.

In my future job I want to have a Good salary and be stable. I want to work managing a meat or agricultural industry. This is my dream….
